Non-Refundable Services:

All services rendered, including scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and other beauty treatments, are non-refundable, regardless of how the treatment heals. We take great care and dedicate a significant amount of time and expertise to ensure that each procedure is performed with precision and attention to detail. However, it's important to note that everyone's skin and healing process are different. Some people may heal more quickly, while others may experience longer healing times or slight variations in results.

We will always do our best to ensure you're satisfied with the results, and adjustments or touch-ups can typically be performed if necessary. If you have any concerns about your results or healing process, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are committed to working with you and making any necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome.

Time and Technique:

Every treatment is tailored to meet your specific needs and expectations. The time, technique, and skill required for each service are carefully applied to ensure the best possible outcome. However, since everyone heals differently, there may be slight differences in how the results appear initially and over time. Deposit Policy:

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment or do not cancel it at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to allow us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.

Cancellations:

To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please cancel your appointment via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
